Preparing for the Forest

Attire: Comfortable clothes, long pants and socks (covering ankles), walking shoes, and warm layers.
What to Bring: Daypack, drinks, towel, rain gear, and insect/leech repellent.

Digital Detox: To fully attune to nature, we kindly ask participants to disconnect from digital devices during the session.
