[Now accepting applications] Yakushima Water Journey Retreat (September 18th - September 21st, 2026)

Our bodies are made up of 6-7% water.

Where does that water come from, and where does it go back to?

We'll be supporting exciting collaborative retreats again this year.

I received invitations from three organizations (Aperui, Moss Ocean House, and El Village) that live a life in harmony with water on Yakushima Island.

I'm in charge of the second day of the retreat.

Let's spend some time together slowly opening our five senses and connecting deeply with the pristine forest.

As you walk, the boundary between people and the forest gradually dissolves—and with that feeling, you open the door to the forest at the source of the river.

I mean, who would have thought that entrepreneurs who have each forged their own paths on this island would come together and collaborate?!

It sounds like it will be a dreamlike yet grounded retreat, and I'm incredibly excited about it.

This is one of the retreats I would most recommend this year.
