A forest therapist, social worker, and yoga instructor, she conducts retreats and individual sessions that combine forest bathing, yoga, and counseling, with the theme of "connecting with yourself, connecting with others, and connecting with nature."
After working as a social worker in the medical and welfare fields for many years, she became independent in 2023. Her life's work is currently focused on activities that deepen people's connections with their minds, bodies, and nature.

Her activities cover a wide range of fields, including forest therapy, counseling, coaching, yoga teaching, course planning and management, and practicing regenerative living.
We also hold Yakushima retreats and forest bathing events at Kitanomaru Park and Koishikawa Botanical Gardens.
He is also deeply interested in plants, fermentation, and intestinal health, and is working to achieve harmony between food and the mind and body.
