Comments from forest therapy participants (March 20, 2022)

[Friends who open up their sensibilities]

As spring is approaching, we took everyone to the forests in the northern part of Yakushima for forest therapy for the first time in a while.

Recently, I delivered a program to participants of a group that regularly visits Yakushima for retreats.

As this was the first day of the Yakushima tour, we were conscious of getting away from the city and gradually letting our five senses take over, while also trying to foster teamwork among the members.

It was my first time to come to Yakushima, but as I interacted with nature through forest therapy, I felt very comfortable and had a strange feeling as if I was returning to where I came from. I'm really glad I participated ✨ I hope to participate again, so I look forward to your continued support in the future.

Harmonizing with the energy of nature, sharpening your senses, and honing your sensibilities was my first conscious experience, and frankly, it was exhausting 😂 (I was overwhelmed by the vast nature of Yakushima...). But thanks to it, I realized many important things, such as how nature should be, self-control, and the ability to see into the essence of things!

We will also be including a forest therapy program on next month's tour!
