Retreat: Creating "Life Circulates" with Yakushima - MyPro x Teal with Forest Therapy

This time, I welcomed everyone to Yakushima as the local host of this retreat.

Participants are people who are already independently running their own businesses.
I took everyone to the forest as an opportunity for self-reflection as I embark on my new projects and businesses.

When you sharpen your five senses in the forest, your senses become more subtle and your field of vision and perspective broaden.
Many people end up feeling as if the boundary between themselves and nature has vanished.

When I came across a huge rock at the entrance to the forest, I felt the presence of water inside the rock. I felt the presence of abundant, soft water inside the hard surface.

By using all five senses to experience the forest, I felt as if the forest had been absorbed into me. If you consider that just as microorganisms work in the soil, so too do microorganisms work within the human body, then perhaps the feeling of having a forest inside of you is not so unusual.

I thought the reason I felt so comfortable during that half day might be because I encountered clean water and the water in my body resonated with it.

It was truly a place where the gentle, adorable animals that live in the forest were guiding us through the forest, where they spend their time comfortably, showing us all the things to see, feel, smell, hear, eat, and sleep. It was a time where we could encounter all kinds of moments, such as "simply a pleasant time. A time to blend into the forest. A time to enjoy delicious tea in the forest." Forest therapy from Makiko, who has the forest in her daily life. Based on solid techniques but also including techniques that go beyond, Makiko herself described her involvement as "above all else, a comforting one," and we had the opportunity to "experience returning to the forest."
